A: No you won’t need a car as Insead campus is a 8’ walking distance from the Arbre Sec House
A: You can park for free in the Arbre Sec street or the adjacent street: plenty of space. On campus at Insead, an underground parking space, which is also free
A: On the first of each month by automatic wire transfer. The 2 month deposit will be refunded by wire transfer to your banking account at the end of your stay
A: All utilities, water, gaz, electricity, internet
Cleaning five times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), Gardener/Handyman Towels and linen
A: Absolutely yes. ADSL system (not fiber optical as the city of Fontainebleau is not equipped yet). The house is equipped with 2 Modems, 6 Wireless WIFI Sensors, 1 Firewall Cisco and connection speed is perfectly good to watch videos, talk on Skype, etc.
We have a contract with a local IT company for maintenance/support : 6 days a week. The Arbre Sec house is not responsible for internet or power outages du to Orange France Telecom or any other providers.
Internet is included in the rent.
A: We are requesting people to send us an e-mail confirming your booking with a copy of their passport, their Insead acceptance letter and permanent address is requested to prepare your lease
